I'm constantly looking to improve a format of housing updates, so a reader can find all necessary information in one place. I'm thinking about preparing weekly updates and at the end of the month compare all weeks numbers side by side. Maybe I'll create info-graphics for easier presentations for eyes.

I wish local MLS was more helpful with weekly/monthly stats. At this moment, you need to pull all numbers manually.

Hi Inna - I'm a statistical guy, so I love the data, I know some love the colors, but for some of us, the numbers mean a lot more. It looks like the Calabasas real estate market is pretty active right now.

I agree that numbers are the most important feautufe of any report, but colors make it easier for eyes:)

Calabasas CA does getting more housing inventory.

If you look at DOM for sold listings, it does not take long( average 1 month) to get the property in escrow, and the sold prices are very closed to what they are listed for.
