The Real Estate market is booming busy!

Marc Blasi and I went on a listing appointment today and he blew the socks off these For Sale By Owner about why they need us now more then ever and he went on and on about technology is the new way for selling real estate. Technology is king. I am so glad I knew Marc Blasi "when". He has kept himself humble, too. You should be so proud. Shame they broke the mold!

He pays me to say all these nice things about him :)

This is going to be a very busy weekend - I'm glad we started it off the right way!

It is not an autographed pic... it is his balls autographed. Sorry, I should clarify... his golf balls. This way you can use those instead of those range balls that you found/find. Plus, you can still say you knew him "when" and show everyone his signed balls. :)

Way to go Mike and Marc!!! Guess we can call you guys the M&M team. Corney, I know... just looking for commenting points. :)

We had a great turnout at our OPEN HOUSES in BallenIsles this weekend. Artigras was going on in ABACOA and they had the main road there closed. Marc was doing an open house there and got little activity.

Oh Mike-

I never gave you the final update....

I heard Marc had time to work on his scrap book at that open house. Were the crickets too loud for you Marc?

Chris-

Please send me some more pics for the book :-)

I did have a stimulating conversation when I was there, their 12 yo beagle was quite a talker!

This weekend will be much better - the art fair that caused all of the traffic problems will be GONE.

It was a zoo over here this weekend. Those three day weekends bring in the "frog heads".
