TREAT OTHERS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED!!

 I think that it is as simple as that! I think that some Realtors can give the rest of us bad name! I think being called a Realtor is a honor and something you shouldn't take for granted. I also believe that Realtor need to take the time and explain things the right way. I don't know how many people I have met that are misinformed on information. So take the time and look it up and give them the right information. Don't rush people into buying a house and dont be rude or act irritated. Another thing is don't talk bad about another Realtor! This isn't high school I mean we shouldn't have to say these things but people must not get the memo! Again just Treat Others the Way You Want to be Treated!!

The bad talk and back biting is common in almost any industry where sales are a means of survival. It's unfortunate but something we all have to deal with. Treating others the way you want to be treated seems like a simple concept yet something so simple can be forgotten when faced with anger, fear or self doubt. I've never seen a situation where bashing someones name made the "basher" look good in anyones eyes. 

I've seen several instances where a person who tried to hurt someones name ended up being in a situation where they depended on that very person.

Cassi ~ This is one of the reason I got into the business. I had be "represented" with some real estate "professionals" who misguided me along the way. I knew I would and could do a better job at representing my clients than they had done for me.

Cassi:  Perfectly stated.  I find myself taling to the new agents in our office about this all the time.  Especially when it involves other agents.  I think those that are brand spanking new to this field haven't yet realized just what "cooperation" means.  It's not just what you are being paid for bringing a buyer to a listing.  This business works so well when cooperative is how we act with one another all the time.
