Denise, I just got a chuckle reading your headline and then the blog. The headline refers to waterfront condo and the blog refers to an oceanfront complex, unit located in North Building. Having worked in real estate in Florida and reading between the lines, this unit is not oceanfront, but hey, it's "Realtor-speak".
I just had my own experience with "Realtor-speak" last night. I told a client about a condo that overlooked the high school football field. We went out and he remarked that it was "on the football field"
