The end of the development there is a play ground and Neshaminy Creek . It is a beautiful setting . The last row of townhouses have water views . These townhouses are very spacious and are larger then some of the single homes in the area or the same size . This is why these owners do have trouble when looking for a single family home when leaving their townhouse . The age of these townhouses are appx 42 years old . You would be surprised to see how nice the upgrades are in some of these homes . They have off street parking no garages .
