As you may know, I have a thing for architecture.

I am always especially delighted when I see new projects going up that have a modern design. Recently I've noticed a trend in 3-story townhomes. Here are a few photos of such structures. Scroll down for more photos.

This particular development is a sustainable dwelling. According to the architect, once the project is complete it is expected to receive the "above-platinum" LEED rating.

Pam Oh, the market isn't really slow in Tulsa. Our housing inventory hasn't sky-rocketing as it has in most places and our affordability keeps a lot of Buyers in the game. Anyhow, yes the new construction is a sign of a healthy future! Thanks for the comment.

Hey, it's nice to see someone here from Tulsa...I didn't know their were lofts there. Great little city...parents live there.

Anthony - are you an Eco-broker? I love some of the photos on your posts - do you take all of these yourself? I have been reading through some of your posts - great by the way. I am by no means a journalist or writer - but I have a feeling you have some background in this... am I right?

Nicky Flattery will get you everywhere! No, I'm no an eco-broker, just love responsible living. I take all of the photos in my posts with rare exception. Writing has never been a strenght, but like other things it just takes practice.
