Keller Williams Realty Partners is again hosting the annual

PARK RIDGE COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE
Sat. September 6, 2008 from 8am - 4pm

2nd Year for the largest garage sale Park Ridge has ever seen!
2007 was our innaugural year for this event and the shoppers came out in droves. Approx. 100 homes throughout town participated and this year we expect even more.

Homeowners must register on our website http://www.kwhomefinder.com/ and obtain a permit from the city of Park Ridge.

Keller Williams will promote this one day event in a variety of media outlets
Maps of all participating addresses will be available on our website and to all registered sales sites
Sale signs
More "perks" may become available closer to the sale date

This annual event is shaping up to be better than last year, the registrations to have a sale in Park Ridge keep pouring in!
Besides advertising in local newspapers, several internet sites and community sites as well as radio stations, a few of our local merchants have taken it upon themselves to email their databases of clients. How great is that!

If you live in or plan to be in the Chicagoland area the weekend AFTER Labor Day - September 6th, email or call us for a map to all the sales in town.

A side note for all of you heading to Orlando and the KW Family Reunion: We showcased our Community Wide Garage Sale in Feb. 2008 and there was so much interest in the process, we will bring more info to the next one in 2009. Stop by to see us!
