Yes, I have been busy with a variety of clients but nothing I can't handle. It's been exciting, actually, because each client has a totally different transaction.
BUT NOTHING I CAN WRITE ABOUT
You see, my clients read my blogs too and there is no way I can dish out the wonderful details here.
SO WHAT TO DO?
I just don't feel like writing the same old sales stuff, and that includes market reports. Each client that calls me falls into a different category (even those I don't want to write about here), so I need to come up with very specific comps just for them.
Do you really want to know that there were over a hundred open houses last weekend? But the weather was so nice, everyone was down at the beach. Want to know how nice it was? Check out the photos below:
There is nothing better, I think, than dogs running free and having a great time on Carmel Beach. One of them was the big boy (up top) who came up to me looking for a treat.
Here's a guy going SCUBA diving, yep, all by himself, which I didn't think was too smart because there's a lot of kelp out there to get tangled up in.

And here are little kids boogie boarding on this VIDEO which looked like great fun. And watch the dogs further down the beach chasing balls into the surf.
So you see, maybe between my "divers" clients (yes, play on words) plus the wonders of Carmel Beach and the great weather, blogging is just not happening right now.
