Candis, I am looking forward to seeing this group develop!

Are you looking for marketing ideas or just what are some of the things we do as realtors? Or maybe even other things that go with the industry such as insurance/mortgage? I look forward to reading folks ideas.

I was also wondering how you post to a new blog to multiple groups? I see u have it on 5 different ones here!

Margaret - Me too! I'm excited to see what surfaces :)

David - For this group, we'd really like to see services and tools that could help those in the industry, as opposed to just "techniques" or "tricks". I really feel as though there is so much on Active Rain that can be offered, but people are timid in sharing it for fear of it seeming "spammy". I think that if there's a place for all of the best services to be posted, and voted on by the community, then truly the most relevant and helpful things will be available. Thanks for the interest and the great question!

David - First, you should join several groups that interest you. Then, when you're posting your blog, you can choose up to 5 groups to post it to (at the bottom). Good luck!

Hi Candis- OK....so if I am reading this right, different people, Vendors, and everyone can Post what their Company has to offer? (you said others think of this as spammy so this is my interpretation)....will it ONLY be services and tools...or some tricks too :) I already joined.....

Kathy - Thanks for joining! Yes exactly (to the first question). As for tricks, I think some of that will be okay, but there are already lots of groups on AR geared that way. The intent for this group is to try and uncover some hidden treasures out there as far as services and companies go. Thanks again for joining, i really hope it turns into something useful for everyone!
