There are currently as of today 61 properties that are available with a foreclosure classification. These Properties range from 72,000 to 3,442,900.

The 72,000 is a 3/2 with a 2 car gar square ftg is 1335Shenadoah Plano, TX

The 3,442,900 is a 5/5 with a 2 car gar sq ftg is 12,278 Champions Dr Plano, TX 5/5/ 2car gar

While we're seeing a slight increase in foreclosures it has not dramatically affected sales prices. I just thought it might be fun to see the two extremes in this market.  Please call if you would like to walk either property or the others.
