Cary Market Trends for March 2015
Cary home sales for the month of March rose in volume by 43.5% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 23.4% from $158,000 to $195,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 114.3%, while the median sale price stayed the same. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 66.7%, while the median sale price rose by 26.1% from $111,000 to $140,000.
