Wheeling Market Trends for March 2015
Wheeling home sales for the month of March rose in volume by 37.5% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 15.2% from $125,825 to $145,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 25%, while the median sale price rose by 38.4% from $170,500 to $236,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 40%, while the median sale price rose by 16.3% from $119,325 to $138,750.
