Help transferees get acclimated more quickly!

I've been using a nifty little toolbar called loki.  It's does tons of things that can benefit Realtors in their daily jobs.  It also can be used to help your inbound transferees quickly find things in their new town.  Basically the toolbar identifies your exact physical location and then you can search for just about everything and the results are provided for you on a map.

Where is the nearest grocery store? Loki will show you all of them within a few miles on the map!  Drugstore, museum, jazz bar, Loki finds them all easily.

I just emailed it to some clients who are moving here next week.

Download Loki and give it a whirl.  I bet you'll think it’s cool.  If you have other ideas about how you will use it, please come back and post them in the comments!

Great tool.  It would be good to give to any client buying a home in an area that they aren't too famaliar with.

Maureen was nice enough to invite me to join her ActiveRain network after we got in touch about Loki.

I am the Product Manager for Loki and its great to hear that all of you have been enjoying the product. You might not be aware, but on September 1st we released a new version of the toolbar (http://loki.com/download/) with some big improvements to the interface and some great new features.

We are very interested to hear more from the real estate community on how you use Loki currently and what you would like to see out of Loki in the future. Please feel free to post your feedback here or you can email me at rsarver /at/ skyhookwireless.com.
