The exterior of the home needed updating, so at the recommendation of Joyce Marsh, of The Joyce Marsh Homes and Lifestyles Team, the exterior trim was painted, shutters added on either side of the garage, topiary trees, and more striking landscaping was added. The overall look enhanced and updated the exterior of the home making is more appealing. The topiaries and painted black door really added to the overal appeal to the exterior. Various plants were relocated in the front landscape, colorful easy to care for crotons, and other low maintenance plants were added as well as fresh mulch. Joyce Marsh directed that the lighting be changed to a black finish, and mailbox painted to coordinate with the painted black front door. The seller immediately reported that the neighbors were stopping by and complimenting her on the new exterior look. This definitely added renewed interest in the listing and soon thereafter multiple showings, and offers were coming in.
