Bathroom adjustments - small things that add warmth & luxury

Bathrooms are typically 'hard' rooms when they are vacant.... cold and sterile.  It is important to layer texture and fabric for great appeal.... here are two bathrooms in the same home that were staged by the agent prior to sale and then staged professionally today.....

This is the master bathroom.... before & after

You see.... little things do make a difference.  Professionals understand the need of texture, color and lighting.  Best of all, we have it all in stock so agents don't have to!  Next time, instead of trying to do it all.... do what you do best and let us do the rest!

Very nice.  It's amazing how those small changes make such a big difference.  Thanks for the reminder :-)

Please agents stick to selling and let us stage. We all need to stick to what we each do best.

Thanks for the post, Phyllis Pafumi

Your additional, thoughtful efforts really made a great difference!

When I do light staging for vacant homes baths and kitchens, I call it "warming up" the space with the warmth of fabrics and other accessories.  While I would rather list a home fully staged, ususally the owner is not interested in the additional cost, so I have a collection of things to warm up the kitchens and baths.

It looks great Melissa. I love the shower curtain in the guest bathroom.
