Along with this unique rating system, the report format presents a graphic representation and snapshot view for an easy-to-read analysis that can be provided to you on-site or if you are unable to join us during the inspection we can forward it to you in an electronic format.

In addition to the report, we provide a unique 3-ring binder.  This 3-ring binder has been conveniently packaged to offer you easy access to reference specific documents pertaining to the transaction process and beyond. This will be a valuable resource you will want to keep to help you maintain the home after you move.

Color Pictures:  Your inspector will be sure to include pictures of reported items at no additional charge!  This will help you find the items you feel need to be fixed.  

On-site Reporting:  Your inspection report will be printed on site for you to take home when the inspection is finished. In addition to the on site printed report, you will receive an email with the PDF document attached.*
