Lombard Market Trends for March 2015
Lombard home sales for the month of March decreased in volume by 14.3% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 1.7% from $201,250 to $197,750. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 12.1%, while the median sale price decreased by 9.6% from $254,900 to $230,500. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 52.2%, while the median sale price rose by 2.8% from $153,000 to $157,290.
