Willowbrook home sales for the month of March rose in volume by 9.1% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 5.5% from $201,000 to $212,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 100%, while the median sale price decreased by 35.1% from $469,000 to $304,250. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 25%, while the median sale price decreased by 35.2% from $119,389 to $77,400.
