Geneva Market Trends for March 2015
Geneva home sales for the month of March rose in volume by 33.3% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 18.4% from $283,000 to $335,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 45.8%, while the median sale price rose by 14.2% from $332,000 to $379,000. Condo/townhome sales stayed the same, while the median sale price decreased by 28.9% from $225,000 to $160,000.
