On Monday afternoon I previewed a home with a client. Her daughter and son-in-law met us at the home. Now let me say the home we previewed was maybe three houses away from the daughter's home. My question to the daughter was, "Is this going to be a problem?" The daughter stated, "No." I was relieved.
As we previewed the home which is owned by a sweet elderly woman who will be moving into assisted living, the mother and daughter fell in love with the home. The home is beautiful and very well maintained. Great, but one thing. The father had to see the home and would have the final say.
I rreceived a call from the client's second daughter and she stated that her father wanted to see the home Friday. When I met the client at the home the mother was not with the family. All, except one of their six daughters were there. They all went in to preview the home and fell in love with it just as the mother had done days before. Now let me say this as well, all daughters are married with their own families.
I asked the father, "So what do you think?" He looked at me and said, Whatever my daughters say, just let me sign the papers." Whew that was awesome. I want more buyers like him. He hardly spoke five words the entire time. We will be closing on the home on May 30, 2008.
Lucky you. I wish my client say that. Where do you find clients like that?
