Life jackets are life savers! According to Florida law, all recreational vessels must have at least one personal floating device that is US Coast Guard approved and of the proper size for each person on boat. While adult and older children are not required to wear them at all times, children under six years old are required to wear an approved life jacket at all times while onboard vessels that are less than 26 feet in length.
