Happy Earth Day 2015

Today is Earth Day and it is windy and raining off and on as I write here in SE PA. For some people Earth Day has become a day to celebrate the Earth and to do group work projects cleaning up outdoors, planting trees, removing non native invasive plants....you name it people just want to be part of the celebration of our one and only home, Earth.  To others it is just another day.

To those of you who do service to honor this day and Earth, I thank you! And to those of you who do not care one way or the other I hope you at least give a thought to the planet we live on.  It is the only one we have and how we treat it and care for it now is important for future generations.

Happy Earth Day 2015!

Hi Gloria-I wish people would spend more than a day taking care of our home. I have planted lots of trees but they are in my garden so it isn't the same thing. Hope you are doing well. Happy Spring. Windy here too and due for rain later.

Sharon Lee I too wish there was more care taken.  Oh you are part of it all Sharon with your garden work!  Spring is here but cool weather keeps hanging on.  The rain will help your garden grow!  Hope you are well also!
