Robert, IF I had invested the time spent talking with lead generators and talking heads into "face-to-face" time asking for the business, I would have more money and more leads.

I have heard so many "system" promoters touting their list of secrets, but it is my conviction that the secrets are obvious: 1. Learn your product. 2. Plan your work. 3. Work your plan. 4. Listen to your prospect. 5. Be prepared for excuses and resistenence. 6. Learn what moves people to see you as their guy. 7. Become their guy, but not by deceit. 8. Remain Hungry and Helpful. 9. NEVER quit, criticise, nor complain. 10. Get up every mornin thankful, and ready to have a successful day. 11. Reflect, remake and resolved never to quit. 12. Run to what is Right, and run from evil.13. Never spend your money before it is in hand. 14. Be more concerned for the client than the paycheck, then take the check to the bank.15. Let God handle your success while you handle your temper, your greed, your lust and your job.

We can all benefit from the success and failures of others, IF we also benefit from our own success and failure; but we must NEVER QUIT. Good luck with your every endeavor.
