Instructions to use the interactive maps to look up your voting ward and location:
- To find your voting ward, select the “Interactive Maps” menu item located on the left side of the screen.
- From the list of interactive maps presented in the center of the screen, select the “Public Service Map.”
- When the Public Service Map is displayed, select the “Search by” drop down menu by clicking on the small arrow to the right of the “Search by” line.
- You may enter your name (last name first then a space and then your first name) OR you may enter your address (house number first then a space then the street name). Addresses are listed in accordance with the US Postal convention so street prefixes would be N S E W with no punctuation (no periods). Street is abbreviated ST, avenue is abbreviated AV, drive is abbreviated DR, circle is abbreviated CIR, etc. Again, there are no commas or periods in any of the addresses. You do not need to enter your entire address. For example, if you were looking for 123 Main ST, you could simply enter 123 M and then pick from the list of addresses presented, all beginning with 123 M.
- Once you have entered your information, you can click on the “Search” button and the map will locate your information and display it for you in a small box to the right of the screen, with a push pin locating your property on the map.
