Smartketing - Smart way to Reach out to your Clients

I am sure you are utilizing all the Marketing Techniques written in Big Book of Marketing but are you utilizing some of the following ways to reach out to your Clients ( Disclosure: Some of the Top Growing Agents are utilizing these techniques or atleast they should)

1. Free Classes

Are you a Teacher? If not then start thinking about giving Free knowledge to People who are in Market to Buy Homes. Tell them Nitty and Gritties associated with Home Buying. Most of the time they will realize that they need Professional help. Same Goes for Sellers.

2. Webinars are Hot:

If you cannot book a Big enough room for #1 then do Webinars. They are great way to fill your Lead Pipeline. You do not have to present in these webinars all the times, sometimes it is good to just automate that with pre-recorded webinars. Make sure you have a squeeze page for people to sign up for your webinar and you are collecting their contact info

3. Trick to show your Dominance in Hot Market: Are you working in a city like Frisco, Texas where Properties move like Hot cake and they dont stay in Maret for Long. How would you showcase your dominance? Show Folks options of the Properties which are Not in the Open Market yet. Distinguish yourself as a Professional who knows all and has all for that neighborhood

4. Are you a Information Broker? Make sure that you are studying new projects, upcoming changes in market and providing that information free to your audience. Be a Information Broker ...... People should come to you to get your opinion

Above are some of the items that you can do alongwith your regular Marketing efforts in order to stay on top. Happy Selling!

Mahesh, Yes to all of the above. I'm saying that with the thought that i need to begin with Webinars. Good points.

Great tips Mahesh. My market is different from most in some ways and a lot of my buyers are coming from off island but some of these techniques can be used. Teaching and webinars would be difficult at best and could take away from other proven ways to market here.

Tanya Van Blake-Coleman  I believe Teaching and Webinars can be a good source of Leads( It may sound difficult). Initially it might require lot of your time to Learn and be familiar with it but it definitely pays off. Again it depends on your Goal and Strategy...

Mahesh they would have to be combined in my case as like I said most of the people interested in buying here are off island. Investment properties and vacation homes are popular here. The sellers here usually have to move back to the continental U.S. for one reason or another or the house they have here isn't their primary residence. It might be more beneficial if we could find a way to reach commercial investors. Those properties have a higher price tag of course.

Tanya Van Blake-Coleman ...Now that you mentioned I looked you are in VI...I am assuming one of your Target Market is Medium to High Networth Individuals who can afford Vacation Homes and those individuals might not come to your class or webinars;) ....You definitely need to follow methods that work for attracting these individuals
