I did work today, but I didn't "go" to work today. It's nice to take a day off once in a while. I answered some emails. I talked with a couple of my agents. I also typed and sent an offer to a buyer.

But I also took a little family time today. We went to the movie this afternoon to see The Age of Adeline. It was good to see a movie that wasn't a plot I hadn't seen before. Check at the trailer to see if you'd be interested in seeing it. We both thought it was good. Oh, take a couple of tissues in your pocket.

It rained this morning, then the sun came out and we went to the movie. We got back home and got the doggies walked and then more rain moved in. Now it's raining outside and we're catching up on some DVR'd television we've missed. We always tape jeopardy when we aren't both home to see it together.

Have you seen a movie you think is good? We try to take in at least one a month.

Sounds like you had a lovely Saturday. I just don't enjoy going to a movie theater any more...movie ettiquette seems to be a thing of the past. Now, it's a blu-ray on the big screen at home.

Tammy - I have been curious about this movie. We are starting to go to the movies a little more these days, partially because we accumulate free tickets by donating blood. It is a very common thing to go to the movies here in AZ, especially in the summer when it is 115 degrees out.

On Friday, I heard 2 reviews on the radio. One for the dude-flick (which I forget) and one for the chick-flick (which is the one you saw).

I haven't seen my late 20 year old nephew for a year or two, but I spoke with him today and went to his facebook to send him info. The baby-faced kid I last saw now has a beard & mustache. So, it seems he's not stuck in time the way Adaline is.

Jeopardy? Surely, that's for ultra-nerds. I've always thought so, until we started watching a year+ ago. Now, we're about 10 shows behind, but do follow faithfully. I'd always thought it was so nerdy, yet now I'm enjoying it.

Nice that you had a day off, makes for a happier Tammy on Monday too.

Sounds like it was a wonderful day, Tammy. This is one movie that is on my "to-see" list. The last movie I saw was American Sniper and I loved it (but it also tells you how rarely I get to the movies).

Larry Johnston we watch a lot on DVD too, but we love to see some in the theater. I know we'll have to see the new avengers movie in the theater.

Rose Mary Justice hopefully soon I have plan a mommy daughter day with my daughter. She's been in school full time and working full time and I haven't spent a day with her in ages.

Lisa Von Domek you know that's one reason we go in the afternoon, it seems it's people who behave themselves unlike when the teens show up and act out or play on their phone. Over all I can't say I've had more than a couple of bad experiences with behavior though.

Troy Erickson we tend to go when it's yucky and raining and we can't get on the lake and in winter

Claude Labbe we've always been jeopardy fans. And while my daughter wasn't on the show, she did test well enough that we went for tryouts. She didn't handle the wait until the question was finished before pushing her button part very well though. I have no idea where she might get being impatient from (haha) She was 14 and about to start her freshman year of school when she tried out.

Joe Petrowsky I told one of the guys in my office that I thought it had enough plot line to hold his interest as well as the love story being mingled in. My Donald liked it too.
