This week’s report on home values for San Clemente and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a San Clemente Realtor Michael Albrecht.  The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 4.0 percent, for new homes up 13.2 percent and for resale condos up 1.8 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 15.1 percent and up 9.2 percent on condos and down 17.4 percent for new homes.     

• Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 7.2 percent and the sales volume is up 47.7 percent.
• Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 1.8 percent and the sales volume is up 25.4 percent.
• Aliso Viejo sales prices are down 5.1 percent and the sales volume is up 27.6 percent.
• Laguna Niguel sales prices are down 4.1 percent and the sales volume is down 15.8 percent.
• Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are down 4.0 percent and the sales volume up 10.4 percent.
• San Clemente  Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 0.1 percent and the sales volume is up 81.3  percent.
• San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 12.0 percent and the sales volume is up 22.2 percent. 

The market has flattened out week over week with no change in almost every number on the page.  We are still experiencing a very positive and growing market.  Lets see what the next couple of weeks bring.
