1 home sold for between $300,000-$350,000
1 home sold for between $550,000-$600,000
1 home sold for between $750,000-$800,000
1 home sold for between $850,000-$900,000
There are also custom homes being built in Entrada and often times those sales are not reported to the mls.
There were 87 homes for sale in the Entrada area during March 2015 which is 9 more than 2014. Sixty six of the homes for sale were priced over $500,000.
Number of sales in Entrada at Snow Canyon for March 2015 was down slightly from March 2014 when 5 homes sold.
