12:30-3:30 Supervising, directing and troubleshooting at new San Jose Lynbrook High Home coming soon for sale this week
3:30-3:45 Lunch
3:45-6:00 Ad design and editing for ads in Cupertino Courier and San Jose Mercury News for upcoming listing, returned client calls
6-6:45 Ate dinner & rested
6:45-11:15 Prepped and did Buyer Consultation, initiated first offer; negotiated & signed counter offer for a different Buyer; negotiated & signed addendum for a Seller; market research for specific property for another new Buyer; research for Tuesday listing appointment, dropped off payment for rental applicants' credit reports
