Are You Easy To Work With And Easy To Refer?

Hi Alexandra and Ron -- "ease" whether it be related to time and/or convenience is a luxury and any company that can master that concept holds a very special place as far as I am concerned. 

This is quite a timely post for me as I am attempting to complete a rather simple transaction and I'm having to jump through multiple hoops when no hoops are really necessary.   Of course, the source is our government - I'm not so sure "ease" is part of the typical protocol.   

Yes,,,I am easy to work with and I love referrals...

Was it good for you? Not just a concern when the lights are off, the hoopla, crescendo of the music rises to well, a climax so to speak. Make it memorable and have fun doing it. (Smile)

I've never flown on Virgin Airlines but thanks to your input, I would definitely consider flying Virgin! I like short survey questions because it puts me at ease without having to spend a lot of my valuable time. It  sounds like this is an Airlines that will be around for a long time and that should give all of us who have been discouraged by other airlines hope for the future in flying. Ron and Alexandra Seigel ease is the key to a long line of referrals. My motto has been for many year  - make your transaction as smooth and as stress-free as possible And my clients know to expect just that.  And that goes for those I work with too. I prefer to work with like-minded associates that treat their clients with the same high level that mine have come to expect.  Excellent post.

Competency Alexandra, while something that we take for granted when working with a professional, is in fact a key element in the equation.  But, most business decisions are made on the basis of personality and ability to manage challenges and perception.  Usually that is a winning formula for a referral based business!

Good morning A & R. There are times that we all, just want to refer a person or business, we should all make that easy to happen. Some just get it and understand, others not so much.

Morning A & R I think most of us would hope we are easy to get along with, although I know of a few agents that would not fit in this category

A quick self evaluation would say that I'm very easy to work with. I'm easy to get a hold of. I answer texts, emails, and phone calls quickly. I work well with every generation of buyer taking in to account each person's walk of life and experiences. So yeah, I'd say I'm easy to work with. 

Ron and Alexandra - Part of being easy to work with is being able to resolve issues that come up seamlessly, so your clients don't even realize that there were issues. As far as being easy to refer, that should be a no-brainer.

I like to think that I'm both - I do get repeat referrals from many people so that supports my thought.  I know some people that are brilliant and amazing at what they do, but they're difficult to work with and lack communication skills so their business suffers.  Ease is important, nobody has time to sort through too many difficulties.

I certainly strive to be easy to work with and easy for my past clients, friends and family to refer business to.

I'm easy like Sunday morning.
