Looking for a fast, tasty and affordable breakfast, lunch or dinner? Along the Pacific Crest Highway (PCH) in California you will come across not too many eateries and those you do some are pretty pricey. Personally, I am a fan or little mom and pop joints.

Driving along the highway we stopped off at Country Kitchen, which was amazing! We enjoyed a "California Burger" with sweet potato fries. This burger is perfect to share, that is how large the serving is. Cost? It was about $7 and change for the burger and $3 for the fries. At other locations along the highway you could pay almost $19 for a simple meal.
