Condos and townhomes are available in some neighborhoods of Palos Verdes, particularly around the commercial centers. Some are built in areas with amazing views of the coast or the city of Los Angeles, others provide amenities such as pools and tennis courts.
Palos Verdes Estates has a limited number of condo/townhome developments around the Lunada Bay plaza and Malaga Cove plaza. Rolling Hills Estates and Rancho Palos Verdes both have some larger condo complexes that were built when the land was still county operated and quite a few neighborhoods of townhomes. Rolling Hills does not have condos or townhomes. Newer condo/townhome construction has focused on senior housing due to local requirements and California incentives.
