Huntington Terrace is a 108 condominium complex in the Monterey Hills area within the city of Los Angeles(zip code 90042). There are three separate buildings - 4000 Via Marisol, 4040 Via Marisol and 4080 Via Marisol. Each building features a lobby entrance with elevator access to all three floors. Parking is in a subterranean parking area in each building There are landscaped grounds with a pool, spa and lounge area.

Sales have started off well so far in 2015 with four mls-reported transactions as of the date of this report. They range from $326,000 to $355,000 with an average sales price of $346,500(median sales price $352,500). They have sold at 100.29% of last list price and for $315.00 per square foot on average.
For full year 2014, there were four mls-reported sales closed. They ranged from $348,000 to $362,000 with an average sales price of $356,000 (median $357,000). They sold at 100.35% of last list price and for $312.89 per square foot on average.
2013 reflected fives sales for the entire year ranging from $300,000 to $390,000 with an average sales price of $338,000(median $330,000). They sold at 100.55% of last list price and for $306.98 per square foot on average.
