1) Call folks. A “Hi, how are you?” goes a long way.

Successful agents set aside time every week for renewing and nurturing relationships.

- Reintroduce yourself.
Ask how they’ve been, how their home is holding up, how their business has been. Ask if they need real estate help or information this year.

- Remind people of yourself.
Take a look at their activity in your Toolkit and start the conversation accordingly.

- Dig around.
Don’t forget, there is an untapped goldmine in your CRM.
In addition to asking about their lives, a casual phone call or email is a good opportunity to introduce Seller’s Corner.

 

Explain why Seller’s Corner Alerts are so darn useful:

- Let them know that this technology will keep them up-to-date on the market, most importantly the most accurate and timely info on home values and activity in their particular neighborhood

- Remind them that it’s okay to not be ready to make a decision right now. However, it does not hurt to have relevant, timely information sent to you over the course of the year. As a result, when they will be ready to make a decision, they will be educated on the goings on of the market, and they will know who to turn to for the next steps.

- Remind then you have access resources they may need in the future.

If they don’t need your help, ask them if they know friends, family, or colleagues that could use your help or who may be thinking of selling.

 

2) Hit the pavement.

Prove that you will go the extra mile (both figuratively and literally) for your clients.

- Your AccelerAgent website includes a CMA.
Print out 50 of them and hand-deliver them to your Farm.

Each CMA will include: your contact information, marketing plan, knowledge of their neighborhood. This will be a great segue in asking for their contact information – so that you can set them up on Seller’s Corner!

- Seller’s Corner will forge a memorable relationship with the homeowners you meet.
It will remind them of your service over the course of time. When it is time to make a real estate decision, they will think of you.
