$2,590,000.00 Home Staged and Under Contract Within 3 Weeks....Staging Statistics to Write About!

My partner and I staged a beautiful new construction home in a high end neighborhood in our area, Olde Park, that had been sitting on the market with no offers. In the slide show below you can see that the home has a very large, open room when you walk in the door which consists of the Great Room, Dining Room and Kitchen without any structural details to define each space. This of course, was problematic when potential buyers looked at the home as they could not envision the size of each space and how they would furnish the room. We received a call this week from the owner of the home telling us that they have a contract. It has only been 3 weeks since we staged the home! Additionally, the owner told us, "I really believe that staging is what sold the house." We are so happy for our client and excited about another great statistic for our company. We have staged 2 other homes for this client and hope to continue working with him in the future. It is becoming more evident that staging really does work! Below is the slide show of the home, if you are interested in viewing it.

I looked at the slide photos also, and ya'll had a huge space to stage! Lovely features of this house and the staging was a beautiful match.

Tracy ~ What a beautiful home!  You both did a fantastic job.  Small touches that caught my attention - the colored glasses in the cabinet above the bar area, and in the "more photos" section the dishes in the glass-fronted cabinet in the kitchen(?).

Kathy ~ Thank you!  The house itself was big, but the room upon entering the home seemed endless vacant.  As we started putting the furniture in the areas, the room instantly changed.

Amy ~ Thank you!!  We are really happy for our client.

Kathy N. ~ Thank You!!!  I don't think any of us 'Southern Girls' are going to slow down anytime soon!

Kathy P. ~ I love that you noticed the colored pieces in the cabinets with glass doors as this is something we always address.  It really does make a huge difference just adding a colored glass or plate.  I just do not like the empty feeling you get visually when a cabinet with glass doors is left bare.  Thank you for your comments!

Fernando ~ Thank You!!  We really loved the challenge of this house with the big, open front room.  Staging really made this home come to life and the architectural details are amazing throughout.

Terry ~ As always, THANK YOU for your support!!
