Howell Michigan Real Estate

I continue to learn something new each day!  I am in the process of the writing an offer on a manufactured home and learned that I should ask for an affidavit of affixture.  The affidavit is required for mortgages and basically states that the manufactured home is affixed to a permanent structure.

That sounds like a reasonable request. I'm sure people have done the strangest things with manufactured homes.  Good way to affirm that the house is safely affixed.  Thanks for sharing. Lu
