There is nothing better than that "baby smell"
I spent this morning snuggled up with my sweet baby girl, sniffing her head (yeah, I'm wierd). My husband professes to smell nothing, so maybe it's a girl thing.
I just wish I could bottle that smell and remember it forever! Or even better, keep my little baby girl forever!
Why would I want a baby forever? The smell, for one! And two.... maybe because my crazy 2 year old just ran through the room screaming a Backyardigan's song at the top of his lungs and bonked me on the head with his sippy cup as his way of asking politely for more to drink. So not looking forward to another one going through the two's!
And maybe because she's my last baby ever and I want to cherish every one of those fast-moving days I have with her.
But if anyone comes up with a way to bottle that new baby smell, do share the secret with me, then maybe I can let her grow up to be wild and crazy, driving, dating.... wait. No, never mind. We'll stick with a baby!!!
