There’s No Coasting on Your Success Journey

There’s No Coasting on Your Success Journey

“If you’re coasting, you’re either losing momentum,

or else you’re headed downhill.”

Joan Welsh, Maine House of Representatives

As I see it. . . . . . . .

There’s no coasting on your success journey

There are two types of momentum. Your will either have forward momentum moving you closer to achieving your goal. Or your momentum will be pulling you in the wrong direction putting your goals further out of your reach.

There is no coasting on your success journey. When you’re coasting you’re losing forward momentum . . . . and you will find yourself being pulled off course.

Keep your focus on the future . . . . and on your momentum in moving you forward and in the direction of achieving your goals.

When you encounter an obstacle find a solution . . . . and work your way through the condition. But you can’t coast your way through an obstacle . . . . or you way to success.

When you encounter a road block on the journey find a way around it . . . . over it . . . . through it . . . . or take the detour to get you to your goals . . . . but don’t coast.

Coasting creates the lost of forward momentum . . . . takes you in the wrong direction . . . and farther away from achieving your goals.

Stay on course . . . . and keep your success journey moving forward.

There’s no coasting on your success journey . . . . your momentum is either pulling you forward . . . . or you’re allowing your momentum to pull you away from achieving your goals. What you do with your momentum is a personal choice. Put your success journey into gear and move forward.

This reminds me of the minors back in the 1800's prospecting for gold and looking high and low for it which in and of itself is hard work. Then, they make a strike which means that they now have to work even harder and longer. Success at anything should get the natural juices flowing and going which is the real pay-off. Think: Its the journey and not the destination...good posting here

Yes, Lou, the laws of gravity are always in motion, aren't they? In our spiritual, business and personal lives, coasting is going away from our goals.

Lou Ludwig, Great thoughts about roadblock and obstacles.  Pushing through them may not be easy, but necessary to see the light at the end of the tunnel.  You are right.....there is always a solution.
