These homes generally start at around 500K or more into the million dollar range..my partner lives there and he has a home with 4000 sqft..but it's not worth 1.2 now ..he could probably get in the 700's.
Neal, I like the way you present your market reports. Do you use any program to do your bar graph or do you just insert your data into an excel spreadsheet then copy & paste that.
I haven't really had time to do market reports because I want to do them well instead of just copying and pasting onmarket & solds from the MLS (see your cheap points post...LOL)
go back and read my comment to you...I get lots of juice from market reports and I only post them in areas that I farm. If a consumer calls me and wants to list or buy a property in that neighborhood then that's great...I just got a listing from a market report I did in the past...I'm not soliciting a specific property...just keeping them updated on the conditions... also the majority also is mailed in a paper version to them as well..if they want to remove the points thats fine..the listing is one thing and the points are another.
