Cumberland Cove
Last week I closed on a piece of property in Cumberland Cove, and I was so excited I had to blog about it! Land sales have been so slow here in the last few years, that it has had us scratching our heads trying to figure out the problem.
We use to sell property in Cumberland Cove weeks after it hit the market. Cumberland Cove is a beautiful subdivision with lots ranging from 1-10 acres, located halfway between Crossville and Cookeville on the Cumberland Plateau. There are 3 hiking parks for the outdoor enthusiast! I feel confident now that the market is turning around and sales will increase!
Cumberland Cove is an upscale neighborhood with just enough restrictions to keep property values up. Visit the Welcome Center and take a look at the bulletin board to see what activities are happening during the month. Many clubs and groups to participate if you like. Quilting, Bunko, reading club, hiking club, crafts and so much more.
Personally, I like to go to Eagles Nest Park and take in the gorgeous view. Take a picnic lunch and watch the eagles soar. There is a hard and easy hiking path marked for you to follow.
