Yard Signs for Real Estate Listing Professionals

By
Real Estate Technology

Today’s marketing strategies in different niches call for the use of various signs that would attract people to your listings, business, campaigns, or other functions and this is where yard signs become applicable. There are a lot of different signs in the market, and they vary in sizes, types, and designs. However, beyond the aesthetics, most people look for affordable, sturdy and quality customized signs.

The signs that I recommend are designed to create brand awareness without being too decorative.  Sturdy and weather proof, like corrugated plastic signs.  Your lawn signs do not have to be over-the-top, but we can definitely help you think outside the box. Yard signs are by far the most effective advertising method because they reach a lot of potential customers. Thus, having impressive signs for your  could up your game in the business, and take your marketing strategies to a whole new level.

Even in these technology-driven times, having yard signs (and therefore being a bit traditional) is still an effective means of attracting attention. Yard signs make it possible for people to recognize brands and taglines easily. Also, they cater to the highly used sense of clients – that of the sight.

The practice of putting up yard signs has been implemented for years now, and it has never known to fail. In time, these signs have been used for a number of purposes, including political signs which help candidates get more votes and supporters; campaign and brand signs that advertise the latest trend in jeans, or the newest show on television; real estate signs that urge prospective clients to buy a new property; and even signs that promote a particular belief or faith. Although putting up lawn signs are not new anymore, you can improve your signs through catchy designs and strong materials that last for years.

Research suggests that despite these signs being ubiquitous, constantly seeing and reading them creates a certain familiarity. The more your customers see your signs, the better chances there will be for you to increase your market and sales.

But more than putting up too many signs, what is more important is to invest in the quality of the signs by choosing the best banner, wire stands, and type of sign for your niche.

I recommend Precision Signz, their job is to help you get the right sign.  With PrecisionSignz.com, you can reach your potential customers without spending too much.

Real estate signs are certainly an important part of marketing for an agent.  Not only does it market specific homes that are for sale, it also connects a broker and an agent to that home.  Good thoughts!

Congratulations on your first blog post to Active Rain. The only thing that bothers me about yard signs is when agents over-use too many sign riders. It just becomes visually confusing and unappealing.

Jesse, welcome to Active Rain. There a lot of great people around here. As far as yard signs are concerned, we scaled ours back in the past six months to make them easier to read for people flying down the highway. It seems to be working.

Welcome to AR, Jesse! The right sign can add to a home's curb appeal, and make a great first impression on the eventual buyers.

Jesse - The more people see signs, the more they register, and I agree the way they look matters.

Good morning, Jesse Martin yard signs are the least expensive but the most powerful of all local marketing....perception becomes reality in real estate, and the more signs that are visible, the more powerful the results!!

Welcome to ActiveRain, Jesse. I like using large, well constructed signs, as they are visible and they hold up. I've been using the same signs for over 10 years and they still look and work great. I tried the corrugated style some years back, but they did not hold up to weather.
