As a commercial and residential broker/consultant, I still have access to 100% financing for residential and commcercial clients. Many will say 100% does not exist anymore, but that is just not true. I have access to lend in all 50 states, so if you are stuck with a client and are turning down loans because you don't have the access to lenders and programs that are doing these loans, give me a call. On the commercial side, professionals who will owner occupy their office condo can still get 100% financing, doctors, dentists, insurance agents, etc. This market is hot, commercial property is strong and you could add a new revenue stream to your residential lending. Come on board to the new wave of lending.
