"Enemie of the State"..just a movie

Remember the movie "Enemie of the State with Will Smith a few years back? How much of it is true? Can they really track us by satilite? Can the government really keep track of us like that.

We continue to give up our rights, cell phones can be tracked, it's for your safety incase you get lost, they can find you. Your vehicle has a GPS so that you can find your way around, and if you get in a wreck...on star can send for help...and their not even a government agency. Your vehicle needs a tracking device incase it is stolen or you are murdered, so they can track your vehicle and find you. Are you one of those people that has a GPS or On Star, but still want your privacy?

All in the name of...If you weren't doing anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about. Or have we gone from innocent until proven guilty...or guilty until you can prove yourself innocent?

Have we caused our own problem? Think about "personal responsibility?" Between all the blame and lawsuits against Croporations, government and your neighbor that didn't put up a fence to protect you from falling in his pool and drowning because you can't swim anyway. We always want to blame someone else.

Mortgage mess...The Investers got greedy to make alot of money, Lenders saw it as an opportunity because these notes were being bought up faster than they could make them. Bankers and brokers made the loans because they were available. Realtors wanted to close deals, and knew that it made more people able to get ahold of the American Dream! Home Ownership! And Customers wanted to own a home. So they signed on the dotted line...not knowing what they were getting into...cause they were just listening to the professionals.

Professional...noun...someone who gets a financial reward  to support themselves...isn't everyone that has a job a professional? Even the customer?

Now that we have the blame down to a science...what are we doing to fix it? It obviously isn't the Governments job, and they have already proven themselves. We can't get the media to change from reporting doom and gloom, until we quit giving them doom and gloom to report...they need the money.

As for me, I don't know of any of my past clients that have been foreclosed on. And I didn't put them in a loan I knew they couldn't afford. I never did any option ARM loans, because I didn't have any clients that fit into it or that I felt could handle that type of loan. It was good for a few, and I know some people with my company that have one themselves...but they know how to use it right.

Who are you blaming?

Not so long ago I worked in satellite communications. The short answer- yes... satellites can track persons with surprisingly good detail. However- you have to be very much worth the resources to do so. (as if that's consolation.)

Chuck Your right Chuck. Like when drug dealers dug a tunnel from Canada to Sumas, Washington. They watched drug dealers dig the tunnel. They let them finish it and watched people going thru the tunnel for awhile. Then when they found that it was only a drug tunnel instead of illegals or smuggle weapons of mass destruction...they turned it over to the local authorities.
