Tips for Selling Land I Promote

TIPS FOR SELLING YOUR LOT
1.) It is important to clearly mark your property...if the buyer can't find your lot...they will find the next one.

2.) Price your lot accordingly. Overpricing can cost you in the end should prices decline. If you want to sell your property...price your property to sell.

3.)When choosing a Realtor, go with a local agent who works your area and will be available for showings. Remember, maps do not sell Real Estate...Realtor's do.
