TIPS FOR BUYING YOUR LOT

1.) How much can you spend? Do you need financing? Talk to a finance specialist about your plans, you may have more buying power than you think.

2.)If you find something you like go for it. Iron out the details later, but start negotiating now. Chances are if you "think about it for a while" the property will be sold.

3.) Utilities are very important. Water, electric, phone, cable...where are they and what are your options? Working with a local Realtor,who is familiar with the area, can help answer those questions.
