Consciously or subconsciously, you're aware of Duality, Chaos Theory, Newton's Law and 3rd Gravitating Bodies.  Willingly or not, we all bathe in intended or unintended consequences. 

For a Realtor to achieve transformitive success,  remarkable action is the key catalyst - then Duality, Chaos Theory and a whole boatload of seen and unseen forces and universal laws of nature waterfall into action.

The only thing we can control is what WE do.  What others do or not, when they do it or not, how they do it or not, why they do it or not....it's out of our hands.  We can only control US/Ourselves.

Spring flowers are in bloom, real estate activity too.  Keep your chin up, your smile posted, your ears open, your imagination engaged, your attitude forward and your confidence bold.  DO your job and let nature do it's job.
