Summer Camp Activities in Delray Beach
School will soon be out in Palm Beach County (June 4) so it’s not too early to 
think about summer activities for your children.
The City of Delray Beach has 2 summer camp sites available:
Pompey Park at 1101 NW 2nd St
The Community Center at 50 NW 1st Avenue
Dates of the Camp: June 22 - August 14, 2015
Ages: 5 - 12 years of age
You can register Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM at the Delray Beach Community Center.
Fees: $545 for the 8 week camp for Delray Residents
$550 for non-residents.

There will be plenty of activities including field trips, sports, games, crafts and initiatives to keep up their reading skills. Breakfast and snacks will be included.
Summer Skate Camp
Where: “505” Teen Center and Hobbit Skate Park at 505 NE 5th Avenue.
Dates of the Camp: June 15 to August 7, 2015
Ages: 5 to 13 years of age
Times: 9 AM to 4 PM
Fees: $140 residents/$150 nonresidents per week.

There will be skate instruction, safety tips, skate park field trips, trips to the movies and more.
Catherine Strong Summer Exploration Camp
Dates: June 15 to August 7, 2015
Where: Catherine Strong Park at 1500 SW 6th Street
Ages: 6 to 12 years of age
Times: Monday through Friday 7:30 to 5:30 PM

This camp is limited to 35 children. There are lots of camp activities including a snorkeling trip to Peanut Island!
Waves Surf Academy and City Surf Camp
The camp is weekly beginning June 1 and ending the week of August 14.
Ages: 5 to 10 years of age
Times: 9 AM to 2:30 PM
Day Fees: $60 residents/$70 nonresidents
Weekly Fees: $285 for residents/$300 nonresidents.
