  1. Continually Look at Data:

When you run your business on good data, you’ll be:

  • Calm
  • Focused
  • Self Confident

“Data quickly alerts you to solve problems and take action on opportunities that you were unaware of to make the best decisions on strategy, purchases, what to do now and what to do next. Without data the risk is very high of making poor and costly decisions.”

The Basic Data You Need for Your Business

Data give you goals and quick easy tools to constantly measure progress in:

  • New Clients each week
  • Sales each month
  • Listings each month
  • Income ongoing

  1. Attitude is your hidden skill set that will make you or break you.

You may not even be aware of how your upbringing, your self talk and the thoughts that pop into your head that you don’t take control of – all affect you.

Attitude creates your limits or removes them, and you can dramatically improve your ability to control your attitude.

You can dramatically increase your power as an agent by becoming aware of your attitude.

So often there’s an agent who goes from earning 20k, 50k to earning 200k. Two years ago we had an agent breakthrough 400k and slide back the next year to 300k. That agent realized the problem was attitude, and grew back to 400k.

That was a client working with me one-on-one, and our program helped him realize more about who he is and how his unfinished mental business was hurting his real estate business.
