Looks interesting. I groan because it's ONE MORE site I have to join and add to my list of memberships. I could spend all day on this computer!

Erica it's not a huge  commitment - you can answer questions from home sellers or network with other RE Pros - you can also post blogs here if you wish. But I hear ya, I know we could spend days online and never get work done in the meantime! The difference here is that it is getting information to a potential client base as the site grows.

Thanks for the post.  You amaze me.  The love of helping others and teaching are special and I appreciate all you do for this staging business.  You are a rarity!

Hi Cindy, it's only through educating others will our industry grow and I know not everyone feels comfortable with this area (heck, it took time for me to feel comfortable and it was just by putting myself out there and yes, making mistakes ;-)

This is Dan from Energized Seller.  Thanks Karen for your enthusiasm for EnergizedSeller.com.  Active Rain is a wonderful site for RE, staging and other professionals to get great advice from each other.  The idea behind ES is that it will be a great resource for truly "energized" home sellers who want to maximize the value of their home and sell it as quickly as possible.  It will also be another place for RE, staging, and home improvement professionals to demonstrate their expertise to home sellers.

Also, Michelle asked how to link as friends on ES.  To do so, all you have to do is go to the member's profile on ES (click on their name from a posting they did), go to the options box under their picture, and select add as a friend.  (I don't want to turn this post as tech support for ES, (I really don't want to waste people's time) so I'll refrain from anymore self promotion or tech support.) Thanks!!

I see you're in FL near one of my favorite cities - St. Augustine. I went to Flagler College for 2 years and have the fondest memories from there. I worked on George St and lived off campus in an old frame house, hung out at the beach with the surfers and just had really too much fun! I always remember driving up from Miami to get back to school passing Palm Coast. You brought back good memories for me this morning!
