As many storm shelters that I have seen in my life her in Amarillo, this is the first one I would really consider getting into. You are definitely not in Kansas anymore.
Oh. The house. Yes, there is a house with the storm shelter. It is a 3/2/2 with a great size back yard complete with covered patio and storage building. The kitchen has been totally remodeled and it also has a formal dining room. The living room room is almost 28' long!
In addition to the other 1895 sq, ft., we have a sunroom with about another 300 sq ft. It is all rigged for heat and air. Just needs to be hooked up.
Belmar is an established neighborhood with trees. The houses don't sit on top of each other so you have some room to roam.
Just off 34th but far enough off 34th so you don't hear lots of road noise. It is the kind of neighborhood that makes you want to take your dog for a walk.
